The Columbia Alumni Association of Shanghai invite you to come and cook with fellow food enthusiasts and share a home-cooked dinner Saturday, 5 Sep. The event will take place in a private function dinning house that has a full kitchen and facilities.  Space is limited to 18 people.  In advance of the event, Please provide us with a list of the ingredients (and quantities) you will need.  We will then consolidate then purchase the ingredients.  (Please be mindful of hard-to-find or very expensive ingredients as you select the dish that you will cook).
