China is Starbucks' second largest market worldwide and growing rapidly. As a result of this rapid growth, our Marketing & Category team currently has two full-time opportunities: 1) Senior Marketing Manager - Loyalty and 2) Senior Marketing Manager - CRM.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years relevant experience or strategic consulting background. An MBA from a business school overseas or retail industry experience is a plus.
We also have a Senior Insights Analyst (non-MBA) opportunity for a recent college graduate who has up to 3-years of experience in consumer insights/quantitative research. This is a contract position with 6-month duration starting in early October and the potential to join full-time pending satisfactory performance review and availability of relevant openings after completion of the program.
All three openings are based in Shanghai (Xujiahui) and require fluent Chinese and English proficiency.
